Temporary agency work is a tripartite employment relationship between an employee, an employer and a user undertaking.
A temporary agency worker may not be treated less favourably than a similar employee of the user undertaking.
The user undertaking shall ensure that a temporary agency worker complies with the occupational health and safety requirements at the user undertaking

Ukrainian citizens can work in Estonia, for example, on the basis of registration for short-term employment or temporary protection.
Temporary protection is an annual residence permit that gives Ukrainian citizen similar rights as those of Estonian resident.
Employees who have been granted temporary protection must be paid at least the minimum wage.

An employment contract may be terminated by agreement of the parties, upon expiry of term, due to the death of a party, or cancellation.
An employment contract entered into for a specified term automatically expires upon the expiry of the term.
The payment of the final settlement is due on the last day of the employment contract.
