Apart from working time, resting time is also very important – it is the time that you are free from performing work tasks. This time is mostly used for resting, being together with the family, dealing with hobbies, hanging out with friends. The resting time duration is strictly prescribed by law. The employer does not have a right to abstain from providing the resting time, and the employee does not have a right to refrain from not using it. If it seems to you that you are capable of working longer than law allows and don’t need the legally set resting times, this feeling is erroneous. You must save your health as you’ve got dozens of working years still ahead.
