The Family-Friendly Employer label model includes 153 different measures that are divided into 13 different categories. When applying, the employer does not need to implement all of them. The consultant will help the employer to choose from the available measures those that will meet the potential of each employer and the level the applicant aims to receive. Applicants must choose three compulsory categories: working hours, information flow and working atmosphere.

Thematic measures are divided into 13 categories:

  1. movement of information
  2. aftergrowth 
  3. professional support and development
  4. atmosphere of communication
  5. synergy and culture
  6. recognition and motivation
  7. work time
  8. termination of employment
  9. job emplacement
  10. work commitment and involvement
  11. observation and research, involvement in surveys
  12. health promotion
  13. recruitment

To obtain the gold level, an organization must achieve gold level results in 7 categories (including mandatory), and in addition it is necessary to achieve a silver level in at least three freely selected categories. To obtain the silver level, the organization must achieve the results of the silver level in 7 categories (including mandatory), in addition, it is necessary to achieve the bronze level in at least three freely selected categories. To obtain a bronze level, an organization must achieve bronze level results in 7 categories (including mandatory).
