To solve the labour dispute, a time and date shall be appointed for the hearing. The dispute parties will be sent a written invitation. As a rule, the labour dispute is investigated and solved in the presence of the employee and the employer, or their representatives. As an exception, the dispute can be reviewed by the chairman alone, if the other party of the dispute fully accepts the claims in the application and parties have consented to review the dispute without their presence.

During the meeting, the explanations of the disputing parties and witnesses are heard, documents and other proof examined and evaluated. The applicant can specify claims listed in the written application and present new documentary evidence. The applicant is also entitled to partially or fully waive the claims listed in the application.
