Exceptions to the Employer’s One-Sided Right

A pregnant woman and employee rising a child under the age of three, or a parent of a disabled child, can be sent on a business trip only on mutual agreement.

A minor can be sent on a business trip only if the minor and their legal representative give their previous consent.

An employee may not be sent on a business trip for longer than 30 consecutive calendar days.
