Employment contract ends with cancellation initiated by the employee or employer. The contract can be cancelled ordinarily or extraordinarily. If the employee must not justify the ordinary cancellation, then the extraordinary cancellation must always be explained.

The employment contract can be ordinarily cancelled only by the employee. The employer does not have a right to cancel the contract ordinarily. The employer can only cancel the contract for a reasonable excuse and extraordinarily.
